Loopym Godinez is an American mixed martial arts fighter, who currently competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), the largest MMA promotion in the world. Born on August 16th, 1994, Godinez was raised in Las Vegas and began his training at a young age; he soon became one of Nevada’s best amateur fighters.

Godinez made his professional debut in 2013 with a win over Marcos Lopez at Revolution Fight Series 4. He went on to fight for various promotions before signing with UFC in 2019. As an up-and-coming fighter, Godinez quickly established himself inside the octagon as being a very game competitor. With victories over well-known names such as Anthony Birchak and John Dodson, it was clear that Godinez had potential to reach higher levels within UFC’s bantamweight division.

In 2021, after going 6-1 during his time on the regional scene and 2-1 inside UFC’s octagon since signing with them two years prior, Loopym got his first big break when he accepted a bout against rising star Pedro Munhoz for the main event of UFC 261 on April 24th 2021 . This marked only Godinez’ second headlining spot and promised to be an exciting matchup between two top contenders looking to move one step closer towards title contention themselves by beating each other; while Munhoz won via submission late into 2nd round of their contest , Loopym still lost no respect among fellow fighters or fans following this performance; if anything it brought even more attention towards him than ever before due to how close he came from winning against such tough opposition .

Following this loss , Loopym continued his journey towards becoming one of bantamweight divisions best fighters ; most recently , he faced off against Merab Dvalishvili at July 10th 2021 co – headline spot under Amanda Nunes vs Julianna Pena’s bout . While again losing via decision in controversial fashion , many viewed as big learning experience for him granting even further exposure due to being broadcasted live on PPV .

Moving forward , it remains unclear what lies ahead for Loopy but judging from previous performances its safe assume we have yet witness full extent of what hes capable doing ; whether this means competing high profile fights or holding gold around waist someday is hard say at moment but regardless Loopym will continue strive get better every day until reaches whatever goals set out for himself .
