Cub Swanson, born Kevin Luke Swanson on November 2, 1983, in Palm Springs, California, is a retired American mixed martial artist who competed primarily at featherweight. He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, uses an orthodox stance and was listed with a 70-inch reach. Swanson began training in 2003 and turned professional in 2004 before making his UFC debut in 2011.

Swanson became known for an aggressive, creative striking style blended with Brazilian jiu-jitsu. His career included prominent UFC and WEC appearances against notable featherweights, as well as headlining bouts with Frankie Edgar, Jeremy Stephens, Artem Lobov and Brian Ortega.
