Volkan “No Time”Oezdemir

Volkan Oezdemir, or “No Time” as his fans know him, is an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter from Switzerland. He currently competes in the UFC Light Heavyweight division and is ranked number 8 in the world by Fight Matrix. Volkan began training at a Muay Thai gym at the age of 16, and quickly discovered his talent for martial arts. After competing in several amateur competitions he made his professional debut in 2012 with a win over Patrick Vallee.

From there Volkan went on to compete all around Europe where he earned wins against former Bellator Light Heavyweight champion Emanuel Newton as well as Dutch kickboxing luminary Melvin Manhoef. In 2016 Volkan was signed to the UFC after compiling an impressive record of 12-1-0 with one No Contest while fighting outside of the organization.

Since joining up with the UFC, Volkan has gone 4-2 with notable wins over Corey Anderson and Ilir Latifi that earned him Performance of the Night bonuses from Dana White’s organization. His most recent bout was against Anthony Smith where he suffered a unanimous decision loss that put him back on track after suffering consecutive losses to Daniel Cormier and Alexander Gustafsson earlier this year .

At 6’2” tall and 205 lbs., “No Time” possesses superior power for his weight class alongside good technique and strong cardio endurance which makes him a dangerous opponent for anyone that steps into either octagon looking to take home victory from their matchup against him .
