Devin Booker is an American professional basketball player for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was drafted 13th overall in the 2015 NBA Draft by the Suns and has since become one of their most important players.

Booker was born on October 30, 1996, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He grew up playing basketball with his older brother Devin Booker Jr., who would later play college basketball at USC Upstate. Booker attended Moss Point High School in Mississippi where he played point guard and was a five-star recruit according to Rivals.com and Scout.com. In 2014, he earned McDonald’s All-American honors as well as being named Gatorade Player of the Year for Mississippi after leading his team to an undefeated season and state title his senior year with averages of 32 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists per game along with making 40% from three-point range during that season.

He then moved on to attend University of Kentucky where he averaged 10 points per game while playing 26 minutes per contest appearing in 38 games throughout his lone collegiate season before declaring for the NBA Draft prior to finishing out his sophomore year due to personal family reasons back home in Grand Rapids which forced him into taking care of those responsibilities instead thus ending what could’ve been a very successful college career had he not left early given how good Kentucky was at that time period they won 38 games that same year en route to winning their 9th national championship title under hall of fame coach John Calipari defeating Wisconsin 71–64 in Indianapolis Indiana at Lucas Oil Stadium crowning them champions that fateful April evening first week or two ultimately leading into May earlier this decade when it happened back several years ago now already looking back upon it all definitely just a few summers ago here we are writing about it all today too though continuing on here more recently…

Booker entered the draft widely considered as one of the better shooters available due to his ability from downtown but still fell down some teams’ boards before eventually getting selected by Phoenix anyways even if many people believed he should have gone higher than 13th spot overall regardless either way still ended up happily calling himself a Sun once everything concluded so now here currently only three seasons later has already established himself as one half best shooting guards league with strong possibility landing an All Star bid following current campaign especially after putting together huge scoring performances like 70 points vs Boston Celtics set back 2016 which were also enough break single game record franchise joining list legendary names Kevin Johnson & Tom Chambers having achieved this feat previously within organization long storied history spanning nearly 50 years thereabouts shifting gears bit too more recent developments let look closer inside numbers themselves last couple seasons…

In 2017-18 season, Booker became just fifth player ever average 24+ ppg age 21 or younger alongside legends like LeBron James Kobe Bryant Tracy McGrady & Carmelo Anthony quite remarkable company makes part considering bright future ahead him no doubt plus similar feat accomplished again 2018–19 posting 26+ ppg 18rpg 7apg respective categories proving doesn’t take much see growing impact across stat sheet every night comes onto court gives 110% effort every chance gets truly inspiring watch be witness what goes blue orange jerseys number 1 stands each night cheers Amar’e Stoudemire Steve Nash Charles Barkley Shawn Marion Markieff Morris others made city proud past present really great hear name these days around Arizona whenever talk sports related topics alright well having discussed finer details matter move along next topic shall we?
