Mike “Platinum”Perry

Mike Perry is an American Mixed Martial Artist and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight competitor. He currently trains in both Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, and has been fighting professionally since 2013. Born on April 12th, 1991 in Flint, Michigan, Perry initially began training martial arts as a form of self-defense after being the victim of multiple violent attacks while growing up.

Perry made his professional MMA debut at RITC – Rumble In The Cage in 2013, winning by TKO just 41 seconds into the first round. He then joined the Legacy Fighting Alliance organization where he racked up four consecutive victories over talented opponents including Gregory Rodrigues and Jake Constantinos before signing with UFC in 2016.

In his first fight with UFC against Hyun Gyu Lim at UFC 202, Perry earned a split decision victory that was hailed as one of the most exciting fights of the night. Since then he’s gone on to win several more memorable bouts such as his 2017 unanimous decision victory over Jake Ellenberger during which he landed a spinning backfist knock out punch late into the third round that won him ‘Performance Of The Night’ honors from UFC President Dana White alongside an extra $50 thousand dollars for his efforts that night!

In 2018 Perry moved back up to welterweight where he immediately fought two solid contenders picking up knockout wins against Paul Felder and Alex Oliveira respectively both within 45 seconds apiece! To date Mike has 5 Knockouts 4 Submission 1 Decision wins under his belt along with numerous post fight bonuses including 3x Fight Of The Nights Honors 2x Performance Of The Nights Honors & 1x Finish Of The Night Award making him one of who many consider to be one of toughest competitors ever seen inside the Octagon!.

Outside MMA , Perry is well known for his unique personality often displaying eccentric behaviour during interviews or social media posts making him even more beloved by fans around world . He also takes pride in working hard off cage training relentlessly day & night preparing himself physically & intellectually for next big showdown when time comes !
