Bryce “Thug Nasty”Mitchell

Bryce Mitchell is a professional mixed martial artist and competitor in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Born in 1996, he grew up in Marion, Arkansas where he developed an interest for martial arts. After beginning his training at age 13, Mitchell quickly became known as one of the best grapplers in the state of Arkansas.

At 17 years old, Mitchell earned his first amateur title from International Sport Karate Association (ISKA), earning him several larger tournaments throughout the United States. He then decided to focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and competed regularly in various tournaments after graduating high school until 2014 when he was offered a spot on The Ultimate Fighter 22: Team McGregor vs Team Faber. While there he met some of MMA’s top names such as Frankie Edgar and Conor McGregor which further inspired him to pursue professional fighting career.

In 2016, Bryce made his UFC debut against Tateki Matsuda at UFC Fight Night 96 and won via second round submission due to an arm triangle choke. Subsequently following this win with two more victories over Chris Gruetzemacher at UFC Fight Night 103 and Tyler Diamond at TUF 26 Finale respectively; both ending also by submission from rear naked chokes indicating Bryce’s strong grappling ability that has become synonymous with his name even outside of MMA circles today.

Since making his debut during The Ultimate Fighter 22 finale event back in 2016, Bryce Mitchell has quickly risen through the ranks becoming one of the most recognized prospects within the featherweight division throughout recent years; especially after winning four out five fights so far including unanimous decision victories over Bobby Moffett – who was considered a top fifteen ranked opponent at 145lbs – as well as Charles Rosa whom were both equally tough tests for Mitchell but did not deter him from achieving success inside octagon proving what many knew already that he was indeed someone special within world combat sports scene being able to transition between different disciplines like boxing/ kickboxing/ jiu jitu etc eventually leading into position himself closely compete towards becoming future champion category after few more wins potentially gaining himself contender status soon enough!
