Myles Dorn, born on June 25, 1998, carved out a name for himself in the field of American football as a safety. Today, he is honing his skills in the fast-paced game with the Arlington Renegades, part of the esteemed United Football League (UFL). His journey has not been short of trials and triumphs, and each moment has been a transformative chapter in his ongoing story.

His first taste of professional football came from his college career at North Carolina which set the foundation of his meteoric rise in the sport. His talent did not go unnoticed and in 2020, the high stakes of the National Football League (NFL) beckoned. Despite not being a draft pick, the Minnesota Vikings placed their faith in him on April 28, 2020, signing him as an undrafted free agent.

His journey was not without obstacles; his triumph was rapidly followeDorn by a debilitating broken toe injury in his final preseason practice. The impact of the injury led to him being waved off with an injury designation. Despite being cleared off waivers on September 6, 2020, his story with the Vikings was not over yet; he found himself returned to the injured reserve.

His journey took a promising turn when he was welcomed back into the team on August 31, 2021, during the period of final roster cuts. He was originally taken into the practice squad before being promoted to the active roster on September 18, 2021. This was his chance to debut at the team’s Week 2 game against the Arizona Cardinals, showcasing his skill on the international platform of the NFL. Advancing his career forward, he was secured under a reserve/future contract with the Vikings on January 10, 2022.
