David Anenih

David Anenih is an edge defender whose football path has taken him from Houston to the NFL and, most recently, the United Football League. As of October 1, 2026, the San Antonio Brahmas’ official roster lists Anenih as an outside linebacker. The Arlington, Texas, native is listed at 6-foot-2 and 245 pounds; his NFL player profile identifies him as a linebacker and a Houston alumnus.

At the University of Houston, Anenih played along the defensive line from 2017 through 2021. His senior season brought first-team All-American Athletic Conference recognition and second-team Dave Campbell All-State honors. Houston’s bio also notes that he attended Mansfield Timberview High School, competed in track and field there, and chose the Cougars over several other college options.

Anenih entered the professional ranks as an undrafted rookie with the Tennessee Titans in 2022.
