Arryn Siposs Bio
Arryn Siposs is an Australian punter whose career spans Australian rules football, American college football and the NFL. Born on November 25, 1992, in Melbourne, Australia, he stands 6 feet 2 inches tall and attended Auburn University. Before switching sports, Siposs played professional Australian rules football as a forward for St Kilda in the AFL from 2011 through 2015, earning an AFL Rising Star nomination in 2012.
After training with ProKick Australia, Siposs moved to Auburn and became the Tigers’ punter during the 2018 and 2019 seasons. His transition was aided by his Australian football background, which gave him an established kicking foundation, while American football required him to develop the timing, holding responsibilities and tactical approach specific to punting. Auburn recognized him as a reliable specialist with the leg strength to change field position.
Siposs entered the NFL in 2020 as an undrafted free agent with the Detroit Lions before joining the Philadelphia Eagles. He made his NFL debut with Philadelphia in 2021 and appeared in Super Bowl LVII during the 2022 season. The Eagles released him from their practice squad on September 18, 2023. After returning to Australia, Hawthorn appointed him as a development coach ahead of the 2024 AFL season; Hawthorn later reported that Siposs departed the club during the 2026 coaching changes.
