Ariane Lipski is a Brazilian mixed martial artist and kickboxer. She currently competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s women’s flyweight division.

Lipski was born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil where she began her mixed martial arts career at the age of 15. She started out training in jiu-jitsu before transitioning to Muay Thai and kickboxing after turning 16. After an impressive amateur career, Lipski made her professional debut in 2011 at just 18 years old as a Muay Thai fighter for Jungle Fight promotions fight series based out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. By 2015, she had amassed an impressive record of 14 wins 1 loss with 6 TKO victories.

In 2016 Lipski signed with KSW (Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki), which is one of Europe’s most successful MMA promotions based out of Poland and competed 4 times while under contract with them earning 3 knockouts & 1 decision win over Izabela Badurek along the way! While competing for KSW ,she captured their inaugural women’s flyweight title with a first round knockout victory over Silvana Gomez Juarez on June 9th 2018 . After three successful title defenses including two more KO/TKO victories over Ariane Carnelossi & Mariana Morais respectively ,Lipski found herself getting noticed by UFC bigwigs as they offered her a multi-fight deal .

In January 2019 it was announced that Lipksi had officially signed with UFC and was scheduled to make her octagon debut against Joanne Calderwood on February 23rd 2019 at UFC Fight Night 145: Blachowicz vs Santos event held at O2 Arena in Prague Czech Republic . Unfortunately the match-up didn’t go as planned as Calderwood suffered an injury during pre-fight training leading to promotional newcomer Isabella de Padua stepping up on short notice to face off against Lipksi whom lost via split decision after putting up an entertaining back & forth affair between both ladies!

Despite suffering this setback Lipksi bounced back strong winning 5 consecutive bouts which included notable victories over talent likes Antonina Shevchenko & Molina Sotcoff along the way ! On October 11th 2020 ,Lipksi faced off against former UFC Women’s Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko aiming to challenge for titles gold but unfortunately fell victim via submission due late rounds fatigue from trying hard too press forward despite coming off from taking some damage earlier into rounds .
