Kenny Young is an esteemed American football player who plays inside linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He was born Kenneth Lamont Young Jr. on November 15, 1994, in the bustling city of New Orleans, Louisiana. From an early age, it was clear that Young had an intriguing spark for sports. He subsequently earned a scholarship to play for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Young proved to be a standout athlete during his time at UCLA; he played for the Bruins from 2014 to 2017. Over this four-year span, Kenny made an impressive 305 tackles, which included 21 for loss and also recorded 6.5 sacks. In his final season, he earned first-team All-Pac-12 and second-team All-American honors, solidifying his reputation as a vigorous and tough player. He was commended as an outstanding player who firmly stood his ground and exhibited tremendous consistency with his performances.

In 2018, Kenny Young’s life turned a corner when he was selected in the 4th round by the renowned NFL franchise, the Baltimore Ravens, in the 2018 NFL Draft.
