Antoine Wesley, known for his remarkable talent in American professional football, was born on October 22, 1997. This distinguished wide receiver, currently a free agent, has an impressive track record of noteworthy performances in the field that have left an unquestionable mark in the annals of American football.

Pollinated amidst the charismatic energy of Cibolo, Texas, Antoine’s pursuit of football began with his enrollment at Cibolo Steele. From an early age, his affinity for the sport was apparent—compelling runs, spectacular catches, and breathtaking touchdowns came naturally to him. The inception of his football journey saw him tally 74 receptions for a total of 1,192 yards and an awe-inspiring total of 15 touchdowns.

Upon deciding to elevate his football career further, Antoine committed to Texas Tech University, well-renowned for its outstanding football program. In his initial years at Texas Tech, he showed promise with his skillful performance, amassing 10 receptions for 137 yards. This was just the genesis of his illustrious college football career.

The breakthrough in Antoine’s sporting career was his junior year in 2018 when he emerged as an All-American figure. Scoring 88 receptions for a remarkable 1,410 yards and nine touchdowns, he went on to be one of the leading figures in American college football. Furthermore, he set a Texas Tech school record with a massive 261 receiving yards in a game.

Following an illustrious college football career, Antoine made the decision to enter the 2019 NFL draft. He displayed relentless spirit and iron determination, earning him a position with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in May 2019. Although he faced disappointment by being waived on August 31, 2019, he did not let it affect his determination and was signed onto the Ravens’ practice squad the very next day. He continued to work tirelessly which led to him signing a reserve/future contract with the Baltimore Ravens in January 2020.

Committed to his career, Antoine faced a significant hurdle during his journey. On August 22, 2020, he was entrusted to the injured reserve due to a damaging shoulder injury. Nonetheless, he endured and managed to bounce back, signing with the Arizona Cardinals on May 21, 2021.

Antoine hit a milestone in his career during the 2021 season when he was named the Cardinals’ fifth wide receiver on the depth chart. He scored his first professional touchdown in Week 16, receiving a decisive 24-yard pass from none other than Kyler Murray. This victory was just a precursor to his impressive performance throughout the season, finishing with 19 catches for 208 yards, and three touchdowns.

Yet, as every sportsperson’s journey, Antoine’s path too saw moments of struggle. On September 1, 2022, he suffered a quadriceps tear which resulted in him being placed on the injured reserve once again. Despite this setback, he did not let adversity thwart his determination. On August 30, 2023, he was signed on to the Las Vegas Raiders practice squad, pushing through trials, and continuing to pursue his passion for football. However, a few days later on September 5, 2023, he was released.
