Stanley Berryhill III, born on June 8, 1998, is an American professional athlete who is best known for his promising career as a wide receiver in the world of professional football. Currently, he plays for the BC Lions, a noteworthy team that is part of the Canadian Football League (CFL). However, his journey of becoming a successful professional football player is profoundly episodic, filled with numerous trials and tribulations.

Stanley’s football career first began to gain public attention while he was playing college football at the University of Arizona. His skills on the field were recognized by various franchises, which ultimately led to his initiation into professional football. On May 2, 2022, he took a significant step in his career, signing with the well-established Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent. However, in the competitive world of professional football, he encountered a setback when he was waived by the Falcons on August 30, 2022.

He was subsequently released on May 10, 2023. However, following the adjustment of the league’s gambling policy for players, Stanley’s suspension was reduced to a mere four games, and he was reinstated on October 3, 2023.

Continuing the practice of alternating between teams, Stanley signed with the Houston Roughnecks of the XFL on December 12, 2023. The Roughnecks later transformed into the Houston Gamblers following the merger of XFL and the United States Football League, giving birth to the United Football League (UFL).

Currently, Stanley plays for the BC Lions of the Canadian Football League, having signed with them on January 16, 2024. However, his stint with the BC Lions too underwent a change, and by June 2, 2024, Stanley found himself reassigned to the Practice Squad.
