Tagir Ulanbekov is a Russian mixed martial artist currently competing in the Lightweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He was born on October 18, 1996 in Grozny, Russia.
Ulanbekov started his career fighting for the Chechen Republic MMA promotion before signing with UFC in 2019. His professional record consists of 14 wins out of 14 fights and 8 wins via knockout or technical knockout. In 2020 he won four fights against John Gunther, Bruno Silva, Nathaniel Wood, and Ryan Benoit which earned him a contract with UFC.
