Randa “Quiet Storm”Markos

Randa Markos is a professional martial artist and fighter currently ranked 8th in the UFC Strawweight division. She has competed professionally since 2013 and has had an illustrious career to date, competing and winning titles around the world.

Originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Randa began her training at a young age. As a child she did gymnastics for 10 years before discovering Muay Thai kickboxing when she was 15 years old. After that discovery she focused solely on training in Martial Arts and Kickboxing in order to pursue her dream of becoming an MMA Fighter. She trained under coaches such as Jesse Cook & Dave Zuniga at Maximum Training Center as well as Murat Keshtov at Elite Performance Fitness Academy until 2011 when she decided to move to Iraq where her family is originally from so that they could oversee her skills further before making MMA competition happen for herself professionally.

In 2012 she moved back to Canada where she made her debut into cage fighting by joining Invicta FC’s first event which led to the signing of contracts with the organization shortly after due to impressive performances within their respective tournaments held during its inaugural season in 2013-2014. During this time Randa earned three victories out of four total fights with Invicta FC which eventually lead up to being chosen by UFC (the Ultimate Fighting Championship) for them inserting athletes into their strawweight division roster back in 2014/2015 season once Invicta FC folded down due mainly poor fan following for women’s divisions specifically (which would later be revived). This opportunity then opened doors for Randa Markos who signed onto now compete within The Ultimate Fighter Season 20 tournament; it was broadcasted worldwide via cable television networks like FS1 & FOX Sports 2 plus subsequently live streamed through various PPV services available cutting out many middlemen allowing viewers more access options compared other previous programs aired prior with same theme setup (i.e TUF seasons 1-19).

During this period Randa marked another victory despite losing semi finals match against Claudia Gadelha; however results still allowed her entry into official UFC roster due recognition given throughout tournament run thus far..
