Movsar Evloev

Movsar Evloev is an up-and-coming mixed martial artist and fighter from Dagestan, Russia. He currently competes in the featherweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). In his career so far, he has compiled an impressive 15 wins to only one loss.

Evloev was born on January 12th, 1993 in Makhachkala, Russia. From a young age he had a passion for sports and martial arts; at just six years old he began training Muay Thai with his father and brother. While still in high school Movsar began competing professionally as an amateur MMA fighter before graduating at 18 years old. In 2011 Evloev was signed by World War Fighting Championship which would become the foundation of his professional career as a mixed martial artist.

In 2013 success came quickly for Movsar when he won four fights back-to-back under ProFC championship banner; these victories earned him his first pro MMA Title belt along with recognition from some of Europe’s biggest promotions like ACB (Absolute Championship Berkut) where he went undefeated until 2017. This brought more attention to Evloev’s talent and eventually led him to sign with UFC in 2019 after winning two impressive battles against Manvel Gamburyan and Arman Ospanov on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series program which gained lots of praise from fans worldwide due to its technicality display given by both fighters during their three rounds battle that night.
