Marina Rodriguez is an up-and-coming Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) athlete from Brazil. She currently competes in the women’s flyweight division and is rapidly gaining notoriety as one of the most promising future stars of the sport.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in 1988, Marina began training martial arts at a young age. Initially focused on kickboxing, she soon shifted her focus to mixed martial arts (MMA). After competing professionally for several years, Marina joined UFC in 2021. Her debut bout was against Randa Markos and ended with a close split decision victory for Marina. In total she has fought four times within UFC and has won three out of those matches including victories over Jessica Aguilar and Cynthia Calvillo respectively.

Outside of her competitive pursuits, Marina also works as a model representing various brands through appearances at events or photoshoots to promote them as well as promoting herself across social media platforms such as Instagram where she has amassed over 50k followers thus far. Furthermore, due to her immense popularity within UFC fans circles worldwide; she regularly appears on television shows and podcasts discussing recent fights or giving predictions about upcoming bouts which further solidifies her position amongst MMA veterans who have been fighting longer than least half decade such as Amanda Nunes & Cris Cyborg respectively.

At only 32 years old, it is safe to assume that we have not seen anything near peak level performance from Marina yet; however there’s no denying that this rising star already possesses impressive grappling skills along with great striking ability which makes her an extremely tough opponent for anyone; regardless if they are veteran fighter or someone just entering the octagon for their first fight ever like many others before them did while facing off against “the Iron Lady” herself whom is known affectionately by Marinez nickname given by Brazilian MMA fans all around globe – ‘The Vixen’!
