Justine Kish

Justine Kish is a professional mixed martial artist who fights in the UFC bantamweight division. She was born on April 25, 1988 and currently resides in South Florida. Kish began her career when she started training Muay Thai at the age of 15. After moving to Los Angeles, she trained with legendary boxing coach Angelo Reyes at Legends MMA to further hone her skills and compete in amateur kickboxing matches.

In 2011, Kish made her professional MMA debut with Invicta FC, winning three out of four fights between then and 2017 before signing with the UFC that year. Since then she has gone 4-2 inside the octagon, beating Nina Ansaroff by unanimous decision for her first win under the promotion’s banner. Her most recent victory was a split decision win over Randa Markos at UFC Fight Night 120 that earned ‘Fight of Night’ honors from UFC officials as well as respect from fans and pundits alike for an exciting back-and-forth battle between two talented fighters.

Kish is known for having strong mental fortitude which serves her well during grueling training camps or in high stakes fights such as those featured on The Ultimate Fighter series where she competed against Tecia Torres on season 20 in 2014. In addition to being an accomplished fighter; Justine also holds a black belt in Taekwondo which helps keep opponents guessing when they step into the cage against her since she is equally dangerous standing up or taking them down onto the mat if necessary where submissions are more likely to occur due to her grappling proficiency honed while wrestling collegiately while attending Old Dominion University prior becoming a full time fighter.
