Kyle Peko's Biography

Born on July 23, 1993, Kyle Peko has made a name for himself in the National Football League (NFL) where he plays as a defensive tackle and is currently signed with the Detroit Lions. Kyle, originally from the United States, started his football career at college, playing for both Cerritos College and Oregon State. His determination and hard work led him to sign with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent after the 2016 NFL draft.

Although his career started with a roller-coaster of transactions, Kyle stood firm and overcame the challenges. In September 2016, he was released by the Broncos and then, swiftly re-signed to the practice squad. By the end of that year, he was elevated to the active roster. Throughout the 2017 season, he faced several contractual instabilities, but managed to stay committed to his professional career. Kyle was signed and released multiple times, showing his resilience and dedication.

In 2018, he faced yet another setback when he was waived by the Broncos and signed to the practice squad the next day. His personal life also had its fair share of challenges and victories. In 2019, his wife, Giuliana, was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Despite this daunting news, their love and resilience saw them through with Giuliana emerging cancer-free after successful treatments. Today, Kyle and Giuliana have two children together, continuing their journey as a strong and united family.
