Victor grew up in Pompano Beach, Florida, displaying an early passion for football which grew stronger as he attended Coconut Creek High School. It was during his senior year when he truly made his mark, catching 42 passes for an impressive total of 846 yards and 15 touchdowns. This accomplishment earned him a slot in the 2016 All-American Bowl.
As an esteemed four-star recruit, he caught the interest of numerous prestigious colleges, eventually opting to play college football at Ohio State, over the tempting offers from Tennessee and West Virginia.
Spanning four seasons, Victor was a valuable member of the Ohio State Buckeyes. Throughout his freshman year, he played in five different games, making four recepts, covering 64 yards, and scoring a touchdown. It was during his sophomore year when he came to prominence, receiving 23 passes for an accumulated 349 yards, while standing as the team’s second-highest touchdown receiver with seven touchdowns.
His consistent performances continued in his junior year, with 21 catches for an overall 354 yards and four touchdowns. The highlight of his junior year came when he secured a touchdown with a three-yard reception with only 40 seconds left of the game, thereby forcing an overtime and eventual 52-51 victory over Maryland. His final year at college saw him make 35 catches, covering 573 yards, and scoring six touchdowns.
By the conclusion of his college career, Victor had made 83 receptions, amassed 1,340 yards, and gained 18 touchdowns, tying for the tenth-most in the Ohio State Buckeyes’ history.
On April 25, 2020, Victor started his professional career, signing with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent immediately following the end of the 2020 NFL draft. However, the journey was not without obstacles as he was waived on September 5 of the same year, reassigned to the practice squad the following day, and had his contract with the team expired at the conclusion of the season on January 11, 2021.
Undeterred, Victor went on to sign a reserve/futures contract with the Baltimore Ravens on his birthday, January 15, 2021. He was waived again on August 31, 2021, but subsequently re-signed to the team’s practice squad. He displayed his resolve on August 30, 2022, after being waived by the Ravens, but promptly signing to the practice squad the next day.
Victor’s tenacity paid off when he was moved to Baltimore’s active roster on December 3, following Tylan Wallace’s injury. However, two days later, he was waived, only to re-sign to the team’s practice squad on December 7. On January 14, 2023, he was moved up to the active roster for their playoff game versus the Cincinnati Bengals.
The last significant change in Victor’s professional path came on December 26, 2023, when he signed with the Birmingham Stallions of the United States Football League (USFL). Showing his dedication to his new team, he further extended his contract with the Stallions on August 15, 2024.
