BIOGRAPHY

A.J. Brown, born on June 30th, 1997 in Starkville, Mississippi is an American football wide receiver for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Ole Miss, where he was twice named first-team All-SEC and was selected by the Titans in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Growing up, A.J had a passion for sports from a young age. Brown attended Starkville High School where he excelled as both a cornerback and wide receiver for their varsity team while also playing baseball and running track & field in his free time. As a senior in 2015 he earned First Team All-State honors as well as being named to USA Today’s Mississippi Player of The Year following his impressive high school career that saw him set multiple records in receptions (88) and touchdowns scored (20).

He finished high school with top honors including being ranked as one of Rivals’ top overall prospects out of Mississippi with four stars from ESPNU’s rankings service – making him one of just five players who were rated four stars or higher from within that state during that year’s recruiting cycle. In addition to these accomplishments A.J also won three championships during his high school years: two state football titles and one state baseball title. Following this success he committed to attend Ole Miss University on scholarship where he continued to prove himself on the gridiron through hard work and dedication over three seasons starting 31 games at wide receiver while setting numerous records along the way including most consecutive games with 100+ receiving yards (6), most consecutive games with 3+ receptions (13) – good enough for third place all time among Division 1 receivers -and most total catches (189).

His consistent performances earned him several awards during college such as twice being elected first team All SEC member by AP & Coaches consensus vote; Third Team All American recognition by AP; Second Team Academic All American honor by CoSIDA; 2017 Biletnikoff award finalist plus many more accolades throughout his collegiate career before declaring early entry into 2019 NFL draft..

On April 27th 2019 A J Brown was drafted 51st overall by Tennessee Titans completing an incredible journey from small town athlete to potential star NFL player overnight . This selection not only made A J Brown happy but it also delighted fans across America after seeing what they knew would be a great fit between player , franchise and fan base alike . Since joining Tennessee AJ has established himself firmly among some excellent talent , becoming go–to guy when Marcus Mariota needs big plays . During rookie season alone , AJ managed 52 receptions for 1051 yards & 8 TDs earning himself AFC Offensive Player Of The Month award which is quite remarkable considering it took other great WRs much longer before achieving similar success .

Going forward there are no limits to what AJ can achieve particularly if coupled alongside new head coach Mike Vrabel whom has already been quoted saying “you put pressure on yourself each day so I think you should expect greatness out of any player ” testament perhaps therefore why expectations remain very high given huge potential seen within Mr Browns skill set !
