A.J. Brown

A.J. Brown is an NFL wide receiver for the New England Patriots. New England acquired Brown from the Philadelphia Eagles on June 1, 2026, reuniting him with Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel, who coached him during his first three NFL seasons with Tennessee. Brown is listed at 6-foot-1 and 226 pounds. The Tennessee Titans selected him in the second round, 51st overall, of the 2019 NFL Draft; he later joined Philadelphia in a 2022 draft-night trade before the move to New England.

A Starkville, Mississippi, native, Brown played three seasons at Ole Miss. He earned first-team All-SEC recognition from the Associated Press and league coaches in both 2017 and 2018, received Associated Press third-team All-America honors in each of those seasons, and won the 2017 C Spire Conerly Trophy. In the NFL, he has been a Pro Bowl selection, an AP second-team All-Pro, and a Super Bowl LIX champion. Brown has primarily worked as an outside receiver; his game is built around downfield routes, strength at the catch point, and the ability to create after the reception.
