Jordan Poole's Biography

Jordan Poole is an up-and-coming NBA athlete who has made headlines for his impressive performances on the court. He was drafted by the Golden State Warriors in 2019, after a standout college career at Michigan University. Standing at 6’5″, Poole is an agile guard with a strong shooting ability, as well as strong passing and dribbling skills.

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 19th 1998, Jordan began his basketball career playing for Nathan Hale High School in Seattle Washington. During this time he won numerous awards such as the prestigious Gatorade Player of the Year in 2017, alongside being named to ESPN’s All-American team and participating in McDonald’s All American game that same year. After graduating high school Jordan committed to play college basketball for John Beilein’s Michigan Wolverines team where he quickly established himself as one of their main stars by averaging 12 points per game during his freshman season. His junior season proved to be even more successful when he averaged over 15 points per game which caught the attention of several NBA scouts across the league including those from Golden State Warriors who drafted him 28th overall during the 2019 NBA draft

This initial success continued onto his rookie season when he started 26 games whilst averaging 8 points per game alongside 2 assists and 1 steal each too; all this despite only receiving 22 minutes playing time each match! His breakout performance came in February 2020 against Oklahoma City Thunder where he recorded 27 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 assists helping secure a win against one of the Wests toughest opponents at that point of that season; these performances earned him several plaudits throughout media outlets both nationally & abroad hailing him as one of New Generation’s most promising young talents

Poole has shown great potential throughout his first two seasons but it will be interesting to see how much further improvement can be made moving forward into next year and beyond! Having now established himself within Coach Steve Kerr’s rotation there is no telling what heights this exciting talent could reach if given enough opportunity however regardless what happens from here on out its safe to say we have seen just a small sample size of what makes Jordan Poole so special!
