Felicia Spencer is a Canadian mixed martial artist who currently competes in the UFC’s women’s featherweight division. Born in Ontario, Canada on November 1st, 1995, Felicia has been fighting since she was young and began competing professionally at just 18 years old. After climbing the ranks of amateur MMA for two and a half years before making her professional debut in 2016 with Invicta FC. She quickly became one of the top fighters in Invicta FC; racking up an impressive win-loss record of 6-1 against some tough opponents such as Pam Sorenson and Megan Anderson.

In 2019, Felicia transitioned to the UFC after signing with them as part of their women’s featherweight division alongside Cris Cyborg and Amanda Nunes. In her first fight for UFC, she faced off against Cyborg where despite putting up a brave effort she eventually suffered defeat via unanimous decision. Despite this loss however Spencer has bounced back incredibly well; defeating Zarah Fairn Dos Santos earlier this year at UFC Fight Night 162 which marked her first ever win inside the octagon.

In addition to being an amazing fighter inside the ring or cage, Felicia is also known for being incredibly humble outside it; often thanking her sponsors during post-fight interviews despite taking home less than $50k total from all five fights according to reports from Forbes magazine. This humility clearly shows through when you look at how she usually tries to remain friendly even with competitors who are considered rivals due to their respective weight classes such as current champion Amanda Nunes or former champion Cris Cyborg whom Spencer still holds great admiration for even after facing off against them twice each respectively .

Undoubtedly one of Canada’s best female athletes right now; Felicia Spencer’s story proves that hard work does indeed pay off ultimately leading us towards success no matter what obstacles we may face along our journey . As long as we remain humble yet determined throughout our struggles then there is absolutely nothing stopping us from reaching our goals!
