Darren “The Dentist”Stewart

Darren Stewart is an English professional mixed martial artist who competes in the middleweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He is known for his aggressive fighting style and has earned a reputation as one of the most exciting fighters in MMA.

Stewart was born in London, England on April 8th, 1991. He began training martial arts at a young age and developed a love for combat sports early on. Initially he trained kickboxing and Muay Thai before transitioning to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) when he was 17 years old. After competing in local MMA events throughout England, Stewart signed with the UFC in 2016 after winning two consecutive bouts against strong competition.

In his UFC debut fight against Francimar Barroso, Stewart showcased excellent striking skills and landed some powerful punches that eventually led to a first round technical knockout victory for him. His next fight also ended quickly as he defeated Chris Dempsey via submission just one minute into their match-up at UFC Fight Night 91. These impressive performances would result in ‘The Dentist’ being awarded Performance of the Night honors from both fights which further increased his notoriety within the sport..

Since then Darren has gone through several ups and downs inside the octagon but always puts on an entertaining show regardless of whether he wins or loses. During his six year career, he has also recorded memorable victories over notable opponents such as Eric Spicely; Karl Roberson; Daniel Teymur; Charles Byrd ;and Bevon Lewis while suffering defeats against top tier contenders like Marvin Vettori; Uriah Hall; Brad Tavares; and Sean Strickland among others .
