Aiemann Zahabi is a professional mixed martial artist currently fighting in the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s bantamweight division. He was born on January 14, 1987 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and was raised by his parents Mohammed and Mariam. Aiemann is the younger brother of famed MMA coach Firas Zahabi who owns and operates Tristar Gym located in Montreal.
At age 19, Aiemann began training jiu-jitsu at his brother’s gym alongside some of the top fighters in world. After training for several years he made his amateur debut at an independent event called “Cage Gladiator” where he earned a victory over Mike Boisvert via guillotine choke submission in the opening round of their fight.
Following that win, Aiemann went on to compile a perfect 4-0 record as an amateur before making his professional debut with Cage Warriors Fighting Championship (CWFC). During this time he racked up five wins against opponents such as Rodolfo Vieira Jr., Scott Cleve and Jason Fonseca before signing with UFC in 2016.
In February 2017 Aiemann made his promotional debut at UFC Fight Night 104 where he faced off against Rafael de Freitas, eventually winning via unanimous decision after three rounds of action. Since then he has gone on to notch victories over Reginaldo Vieira Jr., Damian Stasiak and Iuri Alcantara while losing close decisions to Ricardo Ramos and most recently Bryan Caraway at UFC 226: Miocic vs Cormier II.. He holds notable finishes over Marlon Vera & Pedro Munhoz also showing great grappling skills throughout both fights making him one of the more intriguing prospects at Featherweight/Bantamweight weight classes since joining UFC’s roster!
Outside of fighting, Zahabi spends much of his free time teaching Jiu Jitsu classes or striking drills with fellow Tristar athletes like Georges St-Pierre along with coaching high level Muay Thai fighters Randy Khatum & Darren Till among others which is something that has helped him gain further recognition from martial arts fans around world due its uniqueness compared other gyms have done similar things their own way .
Overall it can be said that despite being relatively new addition into organization ,Aiemann has managed make mark himself not only inside octagon but outside as well proving why many believe will become future star MMA!
