BIOGRAPHY

Malcolm Gordon is a professional MMA fighter who competes in the flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Originally from Ottawa, Canada, he began training in martial arts as a child. Before joining UFC in 2017, Gordon had an amateur record of 5–2 and a professional record of 13–1.

Gordon made his UFC debut on November 4th, 2017 at UFC 217 with a unanimous decision victory over Jarred Brooks before going on to win two more fights against Amir Albazi and Aaron Phillips. In 2019, he won three consecutive fights by submission against Kai Kara-France, David Dvorak, and Tyson Nam before facing then number one contender Deiveson Figueiredo for the vacant Flyweight title at UFC 255 on November 21st where he was defeated via knockout in round one.

At only 28 years old Malcolm is still developing as an elite fighter. His aggressive style has earned him respect from both fans and peers alike as his impressive performances have showcased his strength both inside the cage and out. He has become known for his relentless cardio which along with his physicality helps him maintain control during clench fighting exchanges even when opponents are much bigger than him. His unorthodox striking style allows him to find angles that most other fighters don’t use while also doing enough damage to keep opponents off balance throughout matchups

Despite coming up short against Figueiredo Malcolm remains focused on rising back up in 2021 where he will be looking to make another run towards championship gold eventually claiming it as his own once again proving why Malcolm should always be taken seriously no matter what challenge awaits him on fight night . As far as outside of the octagon goes , Malcolm enjoys spending time outdoors fishing , hunting or just enjoying some peace & quiet away from it all .He also loves playing video games such as Call of Duty & Fortnite although you can often catch him streaming live for charity events too .
