Grover Stewart, born on October 20, 1993, is renowned within the sporting world as an exceptional American professional football player. His notable position as a defensive tackle for the Indianapolis Colts, a team belonging to the prestigious National Football League (NFL), has brought him great fame. Stewart, however, was only thrust into the limelight as a professional player after his skillful displays during his college football days at Albany State.
Stewart’s journey into the world of big league football began in 2017 when he was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts during the fourth round of the NFL draft, as the 144th overall pick. Embarking on his professional career as a rookie, he showcased commendable performance by concluding the season with 23 total tackles, 12 of which were solo, in a total of 14 games.
Despite starting his NFL stint in a backup role during his first two seasons, Stewart’s unwavering dedication and unquestionable talent paved the way for his progress to a full-time starter in 2019.
