Darnay Darius Robert Holmes is an NFL cornerback from Pasadena, California, born June 23, 1998. He attended Calabasas High School and enrolled early at UCLA in January 2017, taking part in spring practice. Holmes played defensive back for the Bruins from 2017 through 2019, earning All-Pac-12 honorable mention recognition in 2019 and the Pac-12 Tom Hansen Medal that season.

The New York Giants selected Holmes in the fourth round, 110th overall, of the 2020 NFL Draft.
