Azeez Ojulari

As of September 28, 2026, Azeez Ojulari is an Atlanta Falcons defensive end. Atlanta signed him on March 16, 2026, bringing the Georgia native back to his home state after professional stops with the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles. The Falcons list him at 6-foot-3 and 240 pounds, and he wears number 51.

Ojulari was born on June 16, 2000, and attended Marietta High School before playing college football at the University of Georgia. He became an impact outside linebacker for the Bulldogs, earning second-team All-SEC recognition from the league’s coaches and The Associated Press in 2020. Georgia’s profile also identifies him as a disruptive edge defender who could rush the passer, set the edge and contribute in coverage.

The Giants selected Ojulari in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft with the 50th overall pick. He established himself as an explosive outside rusher, using burst, length, bend and active hands to attack offensive tackles. In March 2026, Atlanta described him as a physical, tenacious defender with the athleticism to play in space, while Ojulari has characterized his own style as relentless and versatile across pass rush, run defense and coverage.
