Ben Skowronek

Ben Skowronek is an active Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver as of September 21, 2026. Listed at 6-foot-3 and 224 pounds, he wears No. 15 and played college football at Northwestern before transferring to Notre Dame for his final collegiate season. The Los Angeles Rams selected Skowronek in the seventh round of the 2021 NFL Draft with the 249th overall pick. He later played for the Houston Texans before joining the Steelers.

The Steelers signed Skowronek to a two-year contract on March 17, 2025, and he remains listed on Pittsburgh’s active roster and depth chart on September 21, 2026. His role has extended beyond receiving: Pittsburgh has credited him with meaningful special-teams contributions, while his size, competitiveness, route technique and blocking ability have been identified as strengths. During his time with the Rams, he also demonstrated versatility by taking snaps in multiple offensive roles, including at fullback. Skowronek was selected to the 2025 Pro Bowl for his special-teams performance.
