Aaron Charles Rodgers is an NFL quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers as of September 12, 2026. Born December 2, 1983, in Chico, California, Rodgers played college football at Butte College before transferring to the University of California, Berkeley. California lists him as a 6-foot-2 quarterback, and he entered the NFL when the Green Bay Packers selected him 24th overall in the 2005 NFL Draft.

Rodgers spent his first NFL seasons learning behind Brett Favre before becoming Green Bay’s starting quarterback in 2008.
