BIOGRAPHY

LeBron Raymone James is a professional basketball player who currently plays for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Born in Akron, Ohio on December 30, 1984, LeBron has established himself as one of the most successful and beloved basketball players of all time. Over the course of his career, he has won three NBA championships, four Most Valuable Player awards (MVPs) and made 16 All-Star appearances.

James began playing organized basketball at age nine with his local youth team. By age twelve he was already dominating against older opponents and earning attention from college scouts. As an amateur high school player at St Vincent–St Mary High School in Akron he quickly gained national recognition through highlight reels showing him taking on top competition nationally as well as internationally. He was selected in 2003 to join Team USA for their Junior World Championship squad where they went undefeated winning gold medals in each tournament entered that year. After being named MVP during his senior season at St Vincent–St Mary’s High School James declared for the 2003 NBA Draft where he was chosen first overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers becoming just the second high schooler ever to do so behind Kobe Bryant who had been taken 13th overall two years prior by Charlotte Hornets.

As a rookie LeBron started off quickly leading all rookies with 20 points per game while averaging 5 rebounds and 5 assists per outing helping propel him runner up finish to Carmelo Anthony in Rookie Of The Year voting that season. Subsequent seasons saw James increasing his averages across every major statistical category earning himself four consecutive All Star selections along with back to back scoring titles before finally leading Cleveland past Detroit Pistons 4-2 series win during 2007 Eastern Conference Finals only be stopped short by eventual champions San Antonio Spurs during Finals round resulting into first trip to NBA Finals for “The King” . Following yet another successful regular season campaign which led LeBron into second consecutive appearance during NBA finals this time ending it with a championship title after defeating Dwight Howard lead Orlando Magic 4-2 series win solidifying James place among elite tier of superstars within league’s history books forever cementing legacy as one of games greatest ever players despite still being just 22 years old when clinching ultimate goals many athletes only dream about throughout entire careers .

From thereon out it seemed like there were no limits whatsoever on what or how much success LeBron could achieve over following two decades becoming not only face but true embodiment of modern day pro basketball featuring historic runs such 2012 Eastern Conference Playoffs run ultimately resulting into Miami Heat’s second championship title since its inaugural 1988-89 campaign , quadrupling total amount achieved since franchises conception proving yet again why some regard him even greater than Michael Jordan due undeniable accomplishments earned throughout much more competitive era compared what great Chicago Bulls teams accomplished 80’s and 90’s Only thing left now is whether or not future holds enough success enabling James surpass Kareem Abdul Jabbar record 6 rings while further cementing name among GOAT discussion tables alongside Bryant , Jordan etc considering level consistency maintained throughout already impressive 17 year long career .
