Jared McCain Bio
Jared McCain is an American professional basketball guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder as of September 29, 2026. Born February 20, 2004, he attended Centennial High School in Corona, California, before playing one season at Duke. NBA records list him at 6 feet 3 inches and identify Duke as his last college program. He was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 16th pick in the 2024 NBA Draft before later joining Oklahoma City.
At Duke, McCain established himself as a productive scoring guard and earned ACC All-Rookie, All-ACC honorable mention and All-ACC Academic Team recognition. He was also named to the Kyle Macy Freshman All-America Team and the NCAA South Regional All-Tournament Team. His college highlights included a record-setting performance against Florida State and strong NCAA Tournament showings against James Madison and NC State.
