Listed at 5-foot-10, Whitcomb was born on July 20, 1988, in Ventura, California, and attended the University of Washington. Her international résumé also includes major FIBA tournament appearances and leadership with the Australian national program. Her career path—from an undrafted prospect to a veteran championship contributor—has become a defining part of her basketball story.
