Westin Wilson

Westin Wilson is an American mixed martial artist who competed in the UFC’s featherweight division. UFC records his professional career as beginning in 2014, with his Octagon debut coming on July 1, 2023. His UFC appearances included bouts against Joanderson Brito, Jean Silva, Jeka Saragih and Yizha. Wilson earned his first UFC victory by submitting Saragih with a triangle armbar on June 15, 2024. His most recent listed UFC bout was against Yizha on August 23, 2025; the UFC athlete profile currently lists him as “Not Fighting.”

Wilson began wrestling as a youth and moved into mixed martial arts in 2007 after his family relocated to Brazil. He has described Brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling as central parts of his development, and the UFC lists his fighting style as Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The UFC profile lists him at 6 feet 1 inch and identifies Orange, California, as his birthplace. Outside competition, Wilson has worked in software and completed a Public Relations degree at Brigham Young University in 2015. His own biography also states that he turned professional in MMA in 2014.
