Rinya “Hybred”Nakamura

Rinya Nakamura is a Japanese mixed martial artist competing in the UFC bantamweight division. As of September 15, 2026, the UFC lists him as active and identifies his training base as EXFIGHT, with wrestling as his fighting style. He stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and began his professional MMA career in 2021 after transitioning from a highly accomplished freestyle-wrestling background.

Nakamura won the inaugural Road to UFC bantamweight tournament, securing his place on the UFC roster after first-round stoppages during the tournament and a knockout victory over Toshiomi Kazama in the finale. He made his official UFC debut against Fernie Garcia in August 2023.
