Jordan Espinosa is a professional mixed martial artist from the United States. He competes in the Flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).

Espinosa was born on June 25, 1989 in Kansas City, Missouri and raised in Northwest Arkansas. As a kid he was involved with sports including basketball and track & field. At 16 years old he began wrestling at Rogers High School where he earned multiple state championship titles. After graduating high school, Espinosa had an opportunity to wrestle collegiately but chose to pursue MMA instead due to his passion for it.

At 20 years old, Espinosa made his professional debut at Maximum Fighting Championships 42 (MFC 42) against Tom Gallicchio who he would later fight again three times more throughout his career. This bout ended with a unanimous decision victory for him, launching him into his successful fighting career which now includes two promotions: Legacy Fighting Alliance (LFA) and UFC Fight Night as well as 11 wins and four losses professionally as of 2020.

After five years competing around North America within various regional organizations such as MFC, LFA and Combate Americas all while earning seven wins, In 2018 Jordan signed with UFC Fight Night after winning his LFA 52 headliner via submission against Matthew Lozano who was previously undefeated before this fight occurred. His first UFC bout took place at UFN 148 versus Mark de La Rosa which culminated in yet another win over 3 rounds by unanimous decision- solidifying Espinosa’s status as an up-and-coming star within the sport of MMA before going on to have four more fights under that promotion so far without any losses or draws recorded thus far alongside victories over Eric Shelton & Matt Schnell amongst others during that timeframe .

Throughout 2020 during the global pandemic when many professional athletes saw their careers derailed due to cancelations , Jordan managed to remain active by participating in three fights so far -all resulting in impressive finishes via TKO/ KO or submission respectively illustrating just how dominant Espsnona can be inside an octagon when fully motivated . He has also been featured repeatedly on ESPN+ shows including Dana White’s Contender Series where fighters showcase their talents for potential entry into UFC proper ; however even though offered contracts afterward none were accepted by Jordan out of respect towards other smaller promotions that helped push him towards success throughout his career until now .

Over twelve years since beginning this journey ; it’s clearJordan is one of most skilled flyweight competitors currently competing today inside both international organizations like PFL , ONE FC & KSW plus numerous domestic ones such Rizin FF , Invicta FC etc showing no signs slowing down anytime soon heading forward especially if these recent performances continue moving forward representing himself ,his team/ training partners SkullCrush MMA /Strong Style Academy plus American Top Team proudly every time out with always puts forth absolute maximum effort each outing regardless opponent or circumstance presented upon entrance courtesy natural determination ambition coupled strong work ethic stemming back nearly decade prior starting career claiming champion glory individual rightful deserve capable achieving through hard dedication focus driven mindset focused daily basis outside cage ensuring everlasting success future ahead thanks God blessings !
