Gina “Danger”Mazany

Gina Mazany is an American mixed martial artist and a former professional boxer, who currently competes in the Flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Born on March 7, 1988, in Anchorage, Alaska, Gina has become one of the biggest names in combat sports. She started her combat career at age 18 with boxing and went on to compete professionally for 8 years before making the transition to MMA.

At 5’6″ tall with a reach of 68″and a reach advantage over most opponents she faces, Gina brings an impressive skill set into the cage. Her dynamic striking style has proven to be effective throughout her career. In addition to being well-versed in stand-up fighting styles like Boxing and Muay Thai, she also holds multiple belts in Jiu Jitsu and Judo which allows her to effectively control fights both on the feet and on the ground.

Gina’s first foray into MMA was as an amateur fighter back in 2010 where she competed for 2 years before turning pro at 22 yrs old under The Cage Inc promotion out of Western Washington State. After winning each fight inside The Cage Inc., Gina made her way onto Invicta FC 10 where she earned a decision win against Adrienna Jenkins after three rounds of action packed MMA fighting. It was then that Gina’s career soared – as she continued competing for Invicta FC until joining UFC’s 125lbs roster late 2019 following several wins against top opponents including Karen Cedillo & Maureen Riordon from Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series (DWTNCS) season two finale show where Garcia won via unanimous decision & submission respectively earning herself a UFC contract!

Since signing with UFC Mazany has taken 3 bouts thus far; all ending by majority decision win or split loss however since Tina made it clear that it takes more than just one loss or lackluster performance to keep down someone such as herself who brings not only raw talent but heart & determination as well! Outside training & competition you will find this Alaskan native spending time outdoors either fishing or snowmobiling during winter months while also enjoying reading books during spare time when not sharpening skills or helping teammates get better!

It’s clear that despite losing some tough battles inside octagon – Gina remains resilient & focused always looking ahead towards future goals which includes taking home title belt eventually!
