Bartosz Fabinski is a Polish mixed martial arts fighter competing in the UFC’s Middleweight division. He was born on January 5, 1988 in Grudziadz, Poland and began training at the age of 17.
Before emerging onto the MMA scene, Bartosz competed as an amateur kickboxer. After going undefeated in his amateur career he decided to transition into full-time MMA training and turned professional in 2011 when he joined Polish promotion Respect FC. He quickly made a name for himself when he won four fights consecutively within a year. His success landed him a spot on KSW 33 promotion where he faced off against legendary UFC veteran middleweight Thales Leites who had just recently come out of retirement at that time. Despite being an underdog candidate against Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt Leites, Fabinski pulled off a stunning upset victory via unanimous decision after three rounds of action packed fighting which earned him huge plaudits from the audience and commentators alike all around Europe – this fight gave birth to “Fabinsmash” nickname for Bartosz given by his fans due to his powerful punching power .
In 2015 Bartosz left KSW behind and signed with British based promotion BAMMA where he went on another winning streak before signing with UFC in 2018. In August 2019 Fabinski made quite an impression during his highly anticipated debut at UFC Copenhagen with another impressive win over fellow countryman Emil Meek via unanimous decision after 15 minutes of intense grappling exchanges which earned him ‘Fight of The Night’ honors for the evening . This fight proved that despite having no major ground game experience coming into this bout ,Bartow could handle tough opponents more experienced than him using nothing but pure grit ,determination and hard work alone – something which has become synonymous with “Fabinsmash”.
Since then, Fabinski has gone on to have successful stints inside the octagon , defeating notable names such as Gerald Meerschaert (submission) Gilberto Galvao (unanimous decision)and Makhmud Muradov (TKO). His most recent victory came against Darren Stewart at UFC Fight Night 186 ,whereafter two rounds of aggressive standup trading both fighters were exhausted but it was Fabinski who managed to land more damaging shots thus earning himself another win via Split Decision judging verdict .
While proving himself worthy among some top tier competition, Bartosz still dreams big aspires to be one day crowned champion -a dream shared by millions around world and without doubt considers himself lucky enough every time when gets invited back inside highly competitive octagon representing Poland proudly once again -all while staying true pursue what drives him forward since day one: Passionate drive towards perfection…And an unbreakable spirit!
