Venturing into the realm of football during his college years at Arizona, Flannigan-Fowles rose to prominence as a dedicated player for the Arizona Wildcats. His college career spanned four robust seasons where he showcased his remarkable abilities in tackling and defense. Featuring in 50 games, Flannigan-Fowles racked up 243 tackles, with ten of those qualifying as tackles for a loss. His aggressive style of play resulted in forcing three fumbles and recovering two.
