Dare Ogunbowale is an NFL running back who began his professional career in 2018. He was born on February 10, 1995 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and attended University of Wisconsin-Madison. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dare played football for four years as a member of the Badgers. During his collegiate career he compiled 1,124 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns. He also earned Big Ten honors two times during his college tenure which was highlighted by a first team All-Big Ten selection in 2016.

After graduating from college Dare entered the 2017 NFL Draft but went unsigned through all seven rounds of the draft process. Although he did not get drafted into the league, Dare signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent shortly after the draft ended. In 2018 he made his pro debut against New Orleans Saints in week five where he ran for 24 yards off three carries including one touchdown run that put him on highlight reels across America. During that season Dare recorded 20 receptions for 164 receiving yards while playing mostly special teams snaps at running back or wide receiver throughout most of year one as a Buccaneer before joining Dallas Cowboys prior to 2019 season via trade ahead training camp period .
