Seth Curry

Seth Curry is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Philadelphia 76ers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball at Liberty University and Duke before being signed by the Warriors as an undrafted free agent in 2013. Over his NBA career, he has also been a member of the Santa Cruz Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, Sacramento Kings and Portland Trail Blazers.

Growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina, Seth was exposed to basketball from an early age by his father Dell Curry who played 16 seasons in the NBA before retiring in 2002. While attending Charlotte Christian High School he was named all-conference three times and earned first team all-state honors. Following high school Seth attended Liberty University where he quickly rose to prominence thanks to his impressive play on both ends of the court. He averaged more than 15 points per game each season and set numerous school records including points scored (2136), 3-pointers made (357) and steals (187). After graduating with a degree in psychology Seth transferred to Duke for his senior year where he enjoyed another successful campaign under Mike Krzyzewski’s tutelage averaging 17.5 points per game which led him to be named ACC Player of Year honors among other accolades such as All-American honorable mention selection from Sports Illustrated magazine.

In spite of such achievements during college basketball Seth went undrafted entering him into free agency after which he eventually joined Golden State Warriors affiliate side Santa Cruez Warriors where over two years he captained them to back-to back championships while winning D League MVP award along the way thus allowing him entry into nearly full time NBA action with several sporadic outings coming between contract spells with Cleveland Cavaliers Dallas Mavericks Sacramento Kings Portland Trail Blazers etcetera till reaching eventual signing with Philadelphia 76ers prior 2020–21 season start

Since joining Sixers Curry has become something of an x factor off bench due both leadership experienced gained throughout career so far plus natural ability that allows making spectacular shots come easily despite smaller stature compared others at position playing alongside Ben Simmons Joel Embiid Tobias Harris great chemistry developed further solidifying role within rotation .
