We are now only days away from the UFC’s return to Abu Dhabi. As usual, the UFC gives us a spectacular recap of the story leading us to the champion vs. champion fight between Khabib and Poirier. You will get to relive the rise of Conor McGregor and then the complete mauling put on the former champ by Nurmagomedov.

Barboza vs. Felder

And of course, do not count out Lafayette’s Dustin “The Diamond” Poirier from the bout as the UFC reminds us of all the accolades he has collected in his UFC career. He may not be undefeated, however he has never lost two straight in MMA. Poirier, if you’ve forgotten, received his interim title after a war with reigning featherweight champ Max “Blessed” Holloway. A big part of the story was the knee that opened up Holloway and caused major bleeding in the final rounds.

The countdown video also gives us an inside look at the co-main where we get a rematch between top 10 contenders Edson Barboza and “The Irish Dragon” Paul Felder. In their first dance, Barboza eked out a decision in one of the most exciting fights of the year. With Both men once again aligning in the rankings, we’re set to see if the UFC commentator can avenge his loss, or if the human highlight reel, Barboza will once again have his hand raised.

Bett Odds and Predictions

Now for the odds. If you’re looking to lay money on the line on the co-main or main event, we highly suggest you turn to the main event. The co-main odds are nearly a pick ’em. Barboza is the slight favorite as stats show that rematches usually go to the former winner.

With the odds being heavily in Khabib’s favor over Poirier, it is likely that we see the champion retain his belt. If there is an upset, Poirier bets are looking at a big payday. We highly recommend checking the active events page, under “play” on our navigation menu, if you are feeling confident in placing a wager.
