BIOGRAPHY

Inoue

Mizuki Inoue is a Japanese MMA fighter who has had an illustrious career in the UFC and other mixed martial arts organizations. She was born on May 19th, 1994 in Moji-ku, Kitakyushu, Japan. Raised by her parents Ikuo and Yoko Inoue, she developed a passion for Karate at an early age. Her father was an avid practitioner of the martial art which Mizuki began to take seriously when she was only seven years old.

In 2012 she graduated from high school where she made her decision to pursue a professional fighting career instead of attending college or university like most people do after graduation. When asked about it, Mizuki said: “I wanted something more than just studying books all day; I wanted to test myself physically and mentally by stepping into the ring”.

Mizuki soon moved to Tokyo and joined the Deep Jewels organization before eventually signing with Invicta FC in 2014 at just 20 years old where she quickly rose up through their ranks as one of their top fighters with a record 4-1 (3 submissions). That same year saw Mizuki make her UFC debut against Joanne Calderwood in Glasgow Scotland which earned her a unanimous decision victory over the experienced Scottish fighter.

Since then Mizuki has gone on to become one of the biggest stars in women’s MMA due to her exciting style that often leads to spectacular finishes such as knockouts or submissions via armbar or triangle choke – two techniques that are signature moves for this dynamic fighter who is never afraid to switch up tactics during fights if necessary for success. She currently competes in both strawweight and flyweight divisions of UFC having competed against some big names including Rose Namajunas, Alex Chambers and Claudia Gadelha while also challenging Ronda Rousey for bantamweight title back 2015 though unfortunately coming up short on that occasion earning ‘Fight Of The Night’ honors despite losing by submission . Outside of MMA, Mizuki also likes traveling around Japan eating different regional cuisines while shooting photos along way which she posts on social media sites such Instagram & Twitter where fans can get closer look into life outside octagon . With bright future ahead & relentless dedication improving skills , there no doubt going be plenty more great performances come from this talented young athlete .
