Hannah Goldy is an American professional mixed martial artist who currently competes in the women’s flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). She was born in Louisville, Kentucky and began training in grappling at age 13. Her training eventually led her to begin competing professionally as a mixed martial artist when she debuted with Ohio-based MMA promotion NAAFS in 2015. Since then, Goldy has enjoyed a successful career that has seen her amass an impressive 10 wins and only one loss from 11 total fights.
Goldy first made waves on the national scene when she competed on season 26 of The Ultimate Fighter reality show for UFC in 2017. After making it through two elimination rounds, she ultimately finished second place behind Sijara Eubanks, who went on to become the inaugural UFC Women’s Flyweight Champion later that year.
Following her impressive performance on TUF, Goldy was offered a contract with UFC where she made her official debut at “UFC Fight Night: Saint Preux v Okami” event against Rachael Ostovich-Berdonin October 2018 – earning victory via unanimous decision after three grueling rounds of action. She followed up this initial win with another dominating victory over Poliana Botelho at “UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs Ngannou 2” earlier this year; again claiming a unanimous decision win after three hard fought rounds of action.
In addition to her accomplishments inside the cage and octagon respectively, Hannah continues to work diligently towards developing herself as an athlete outside it too – constantly striving for self improvement both technically and physically under coaches Aaron Goodwine and former Olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo . As such, fans can expect to see more exciting performances from Goldy moving forward as she continues furthering developing herself into becoming one of MMA’s premier female talents regardless of weight class – something that speaks volumes about the potential future success which lies ahead for this blossoming starlet!
