Mana “ManaBoi”Martinez

Mana Martinez is an American mixed martial artist currently competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). She was born in Inglewood, California and began her combat sports journey at a very young age.

At just 4 years old, Mana became interested in learning karate by watching Bruce Lee movies. She eventually got involved with multiple fighting disciplines such as Muay Thai, kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. As she grew older, she continued to train and compete in various local tournaments across Southern California before transitioning into mixed martial arts when she was 18 years old.

Mana made her professional MMA debut back in 2013 and quickly rose through the ranks of the amateur circuit to become one of the top fighters on the west coast within a few short years. In 2019, after amassing a record of 7-2 with 6 submission finishes to her name, Mana finally earned herself a spot on the UFC roster for women’s flyweight division.

Since joining UFC, Mana has been nothing short of impressive as she has won three out of four fights inside octagon including two performance bonuses for fight night events against veteran opponents Jodie Esquibel & Andrea Lee respectively. The success that followed pushed her up rankings where she now sits at #15th spot out off forty seven flyweights listed on official ufc website .

Besides succeeding inside cage , Manas life outside fighting is just as successful as well . She holds two degrees from UCLA which includes BA degree psychology while also pursuing masters degree business administration with concentration entrepreneurship . With combination strong education alongside athletic career , its no surprise why people look up to him .
