Kiefer “BDK”Crosbie

Kiefer Crosbie is an Irish mixed martial artist from Dublin’s North Inner City who competed in the UFC’s welterweight division. He trains with SBG Ireland and began practicing martial arts at age 10. Crosbie turned professional in 2016 after developing through amateur kickboxing and MMA, later competing for Bellator and other promotions before reaching the UFC.

A major milestone came in April 2023, when Crosbie stopped former UFC competitor Alex Oliveira in the first round for Rise Fighting Championship. That performance helped earn him a UFC opportunity. He made his UFC debut against Kevin Jousset at UFC 293 on September 9, 2023, and later faced Sam Patterson at UFC 304 in July 2024 and Nueraji in August 2025.

The UFC currently lists Crosbie as “Not Fighting,” and BBC Sport reported that he was released by the promotion after his 2025 bout. Accordingly, he should be described as a former UFC welterweight rather than a current UFC-contracted fighter. His documented style is MMA, with experience in both striking and submission grappling, and his professional career has included knockout and submission victories.
