Luiz Carlos Prates is a renowned figure in Brazilian media, with a prolific career spanning over several decades as a journalist, psychologist, and radio sports announcer. Born in Santiago do Brasil on January 26, 1943, Prates’ vibrant life journey commenced on a ranch nearby his birthplace, where he spent the first seven years of his life.
