Alen Amedovski

BIOGRAPHY

Alen Amedovski is a professional mixed martial artist and former two-time Serbian National kickboxing champion. He currently competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Middleweight division.

Amedovski was born on February 18, 1989 in Belgrade, Serbia. Growing up, he trained in Muay Thai and kickboxing from a very young age, competing at his first tournament at just 8 years old and becoming a two-time national champion by age 14.

At 18, Amedovski began training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu with the likes of Rogerio Camoes and Murilo Bustamante; after which he transitioned to MMA full time shortly thereafter. His debut came against Milan Simic in 2011; winning via submission due to punches after only three minutes of fight time. In total, Alen competed professionally eight times between 2011 – 2014 before signing with UFC under the middleweight banner following an impressive win over Oleg Olhovik at Fight Nights Global 68th event back in August 2017.

Since joining UFC’s roster Amedovski has gone undefeated inside the octagon having won all five bouts within 2019 alone including notable names such as John Phillips or Krzysztof Jotko during that period of time as well as a “Performance of The Night” bonus for his finish against John Phillips during July 2019 edition of UFC Fight Night 157 event held on Saitama Super Arena – Japan which marked his second finish since entering UFC ranks earlier same year (his first being split decision win versus Anderson dos Santos). As for 2020 season so far Aledmovsky has already fought one bout defeating KB Bhullar via TKO when their fight went into second round after relatively even first round exchange between both fighters , now setting himself up to challenge Gian Villante who also holds record 5 wins out 5 fights since joining UFc ranks back 2018 .

Aside from merely fighting competitively Amedovski also holds Bachelors Degree in Philosophy which he earned while attending University Of Belgrade followed by Master Degree In Education Sciences & Leadership Studies obtained while attending State University Of Novi Sad where he graduated top 3% level earning him Special Award For Academic Excellence & Outstanding Achievements During Bachelor’s Program Currently ranked #13 on official global ranking list within Middle Weight Division Alen is looking forward to continue climbing rankings until he reaches coveted title shot .
