Zaire Mitchell-Paden, renowned as a professional football tight end player for the esteemed National Football League (NFL) team, the Baltimore Ravens, was born on August 20, 1999. Mitchell-Paden came into the spotlight due to his commendable performance in college football, beginning at Notre Dame College and later progressing to Florida Atlantic University (FAU).

Born and raised in the city of Rockville, Maryland, Mitchell-Paden was an avid sports enthusiast from his early years. His high school days at Richard Montgomery are a testament to his unabated passion for athletics, where he demonstrated his prowess in both football and basketball.

Stepping into the world of college football at Notre Dame College marked the onset of Mitchell-Paden’s exceptional journey in the sport. His freshman season, in 2017, witnessed him playing a commendable ten games. Despite a shortened 2020 season, Mitchell-Paden’s participation was unabated and culminated with fourteen caught passes for 182 yards across five games.

In a significant shift in his college football journey, Mitchell-Paden announced his transfer to Florida Atlantic on April 22, 2021. The 2021 season at his new institution proved productive for him. Out of the twelve games in which he participated, he concluded the season with nine caught passes for 90 yards and one touchdown.

Remarkably, despite going undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft, Mitchell-Paden’s talent did not go unnoticed. On April 30, 2022, he was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cleveland Browns. He was subsequently signed on August 31, 2022, to the practice squad. Following numerous rotations between the practice squad and active reserve, Mitchell-Paden signed a reserve/future contract on January 15, 2024, signaling a long-term commitment to his progress at the Browns.

However, following his waiver by the Browns on August 27, 2024, Mitchell-Paden did not have to wait long for his next opportunity. He was immediately signed to the Baltimore Ravens’ practice squad on September 16, 2024, paving the way for another crucial chapter in his professional football career.
